By her symptoms, in my opinion, you should de admit her and start Intravenous fluids.
In old age, because of low blood pressure, such symptoms like weakness, dislike for foods occur.
This is easily manageable by 2-3 days of admission and Intravenous fluids.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your mother in law. Thanks.

Due to current situation i.e. Covid 19, it may not be good to admit her in hospital. Can we arrange a nurse and give these Intravenous fluids at home. if it is so can you suggest us the Intravenous fluids names? Is there any other medication required.
