Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

HbA1C of 8.4 suggests that her blood glucose has been consistently raised since last 3 months. She needs to have strict control of sugary foods. Also regular exerise is a must. Keep a regular track of fasting blood glucose levels at home with glucometer.
Kindly send me a few fasing sugar levels so that I can suggest further

Brief Answer:
A current shock is usually a nerve problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

A current shock is usually a nerve problem. Could be trigeminal neuralgia. Some part of this nerve (maybe a branch of maxillary nerve ) is getting pinched. Anti-convulsant medicine like carbamazepine or pain killer like gabapentin can be tried. If a surgeon can locate the nerve and perform surgery on it, then problem can resolve.

Hope this helps.
