Yes , the thing is that she getting pain above the tooth on the left face, we thought it is a dental problem, even we made dental scans nothing is there, even a neuro surgeon suggested MRI scan, even there nothing present, my regular doctor said that this is due to diabetes. she is suffering from pain since one year daily
the pain is like a small current shock, nearly 5 times daily
Brief Answer:
A current shock is usually a nerve problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
A current shock is usually a nerve problem. Could be trigeminal neuralgia. Some part of this nerve (maybe a branch of maxillary nerve ) is getting pinched. Anti-convulsant medicine like carbamazepine or pain killer like gabapentin can be tried. If a surgeon can locate the nerve and perform surgery on it, then problem can resolve.
Hope this helps.
