Question: My mouth is very dry at night while sleeping. I also have to go to the bathroom 3 times a night.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may be suffering from diabetes because the dry mouth, and frequent urination with excessive thirst are signs of diabetes.
You should test glucose levels fasting, post prandial and HbA1c.
If you do the tests you can consult them with me.
In case of diabetes you should treat it with hypocaloric diet and possibly antidiabetes drugs such metformine.
