Question: My name XXXXXXX ham having sever headache and neck pain and I have done mri for neck the result is central disc bulge at C3/C4 identing the anterior thecal sac and annular disc bulge seen at C4/C5 and C5/C/6 impinging upon bilateral neutral foramen

It is important to do physiotherapy for 4-6 months for neck extension and strengthening exercises with TENS therapy.

Avoid bending neck forward or carrying heavy objects of the upper back. Use ergonomic precautions if working in front of computer.

Apply moist warm compress at the painful regions. Take pain killers.

If the problem persists after physiotherapy 6 months, then you may need nerve root injections or surgery to remove pressing discs.
