Brief Answer:
different appropriate tests

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The appropriate tests for fatigue, dizziness and chest pain would be complete blood count, ESR, thyroid function tests and an ECG.

The complete blood count would check for anemia (low blood count) which is one of the common reasons for fatigue and dizziness. There are different types and causes of anemia and doing complete blood count would help to determine if any of these are present.
If there is anemia (low blood count)- other tests such as checking iron levels or b12 or folate levels - would be helpful

ESR- checks for inflammation in the body- Inflammation can be due to infection, allergy, chronic illness, trauma, cancer etc

Thyroid function tests- low levels of thyroid hormone can cause fatigue so it is one of the routine tests when this complaint is made

ECG- this is to assess the chest pain, it would look at the heart rate, rhythm and also can say if there are parts of the heart not getting enough blood (would cause ECG changes)

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
