Question: My neighbor isn’t well. She is 69 years old and has the following symptoms: Stomach cramping, nausea. Diarrhea unable to eat much without feeling very full and blood pressure yesterday 174/90
Her hands are jittery and she has been like this for 4 days.

I've gone through the medical details and I can understand your concern for your neighbor...

I would like to inform you that her symptoms can be due to acute colitis or enteric fever. If she isn’t eating well and has the stomach ache with diarrhea then she may require hospitalization for a couple of days.

Her blood pressure is also on the higher side. Considering her age she needs a proper evaluation and medication for high blood pressure.

It’s possible she has anxiety and was prescribed for the same but these symptoms are different and need a prompt medical attention.

It’s recommended for you to take her to the ER for further physical and diagnostic evaluation and proper treatment accordingly.
