During pregnancy, a slight rise of neutrophil counts is a normal finding. A count of 9759 is not worrisome at all. In some cases, a rise in neutrophil count of upto 10,000 in absolute counts has been noted.
If there is no associated fever or signs and symptoms suggestive of any infection then no further treatment or investigations are needed. Please do not worry. This is just a normal physiological variation.
