What about say the ovulation was happening egg came out. Would plan b still work?
Brief Answer:
In that case its protection is low.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
If egg has already released then its not very protective. In such a case inserting a copper-IUD or maybe medical termination of pregnancy are other options.
But I don't think it will be needed.

So I shouldn't worry? She took it after 30 40 minutes . Maybe the sperm wont reach
Brief Answer:
Well I will not worry much about it
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I think its futile to worry at this point. We have already done the best to prevent pregnancy. The cervical mucous will become thicker and prevent entry of sperms. At most, you can ask your gynecologist to insert a copper-intrauterine device.
Even if pregnancy happens, there are other options.
Hope this helps.
