Brief Answer:
Yeast infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
You seem to have recurrent yeast infection. In that case you should first get your blood sugar test because raised blood sugar is the most common cause of recurrent yeast infection. For the recent flare I suggest you to take one tablet of fluconazole 150mg daily for 3 days. In addition I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g either clotrimazole 1% cream or miconazole nitrate 2% cream, twice daily for a week. These are prescription medications.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
