Question : My platelet count has now been reduced to normal levels (320 one week and 380 the next) would you advise reduction of prescribed dosage of hydroxyurea or Plavix or both?

In those levels of platelets I will advice you to continue the same therapy.
For sure you should have your regular blood tests to check regularly your platelets
