My Question Is About Itchy Skin. I Am A 75

Question: My question is about itchy skin. I am a 75 year old active and healthy cattle rancher and pilot. (Just for some background.) In about February of this year, I noticed that my torso began to show little bumps just under the skin, and it itched. My thighs, back of the knees, and ankles are now itchy too. I do enjoy white wine, so I am wondering if the sulfites in wine might be a problem. Also, for blood pressure control, I used to take 40mg benicar, but my doctor switched me to olmesarten 40mg in March 2018. The itching seems to be following the areas where my elastic in lingerie and socks touches my skin. Can a person just become allergic to elastic????? I have always worn underwear with elastic,. with no such results. So, I'm asking you if any of this sounds familiar. I am using a stiff bristled hairbrush to relieve the itching. Is there a skin lotion that might do the trick? I hope that you can give me some answers. Thank you, XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
