Brief Answer:
Fungal infection possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The positive anti-ANA antibodies are mostly found in arthritis or lupus but they can be increased even in other diseases. You are having increased anti-ANA antibodies and it can't be really clear that it is the celiac disease.

Unfortunately, the celiac doesn't get cured fully, just had its flare-ups and down. A person which has an autoimmune disease has the possibility of developing another one.

The ulcers you had in the mouth may not be related to that.
It may be an infection either fungal or bacterial infection. I can advise you to do a throat swap to check for candida and streptococci.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
