-Your age: 28 years,
Occupation: Chartered Accountant (Doing Job)
Does it involve a lot of public speaking?:
It currently doesn't involve public speaking, but in the very near future, I want to start public speaking and give lectures on the subject matter. (PS: My father is a very good public speaker in Hindi language)
-Since when is this happening?:
I am facing an issue of similar to lisping from childhood (But if I focus on specific word and repeat it, I can speak that word properly)
-Is this the first time you're noticing this?
No (as stated earlier I am facing this issue from childhood)
-When you say you're not able to pronounce some words properly, do you mean there's any stammering involved or you're not able to pronounce them at all?
Yes, it may be stammering. Since, if I focus more on word than, the pronunciation is nearby or exact
-Does it only happen in front of a large audience or do you/others even notice the same problem while talking casually among friends/family members?
Mostly it happens in front of a large audience (Since I have stage fear). However, the problem of pronunciation also happens when I am with a group of friends or colleague for discussion.
-Any other associated complaints (any anxiety/sweating excessively/tremor of any part of the body/palpitation/dryness of mouth), feel free to share...:
I don't have such problems, in fact, I started daily exercise and yoga (including chanting of OM, occasionally, for better voice), from past 6 months
-Are you on any particular medications due to any health concerns? : No, God Bless, I don't have any medical issues
-Any history of hearing problems?: Sometimes, I believe, I can't hear very low voice, as compared to friends and colleague
Please do assist me, as I eagerly want to start public speaking and I really want to improve my pronunciation
In case you require any other information, do reply or call me.
Thank you in advance.
further management planning explained below...
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
Thanks for sharing these necessary details...
Well, it seems like a longterm problem where the pathology lies mostly in the hearing, speech and language organs. For further evaluation, you should get a thorough hearing profile (ENT check up followed by Audiological tests) done.
Thereafter, Speech and language therapy can be planned under the SLPs (Speech and language pathology in Adults) therapists. It's a routinely done outpatient therapy and most of the problems can be overcome with this after a while.
Regarding stage fear, it seems to be a concern developed in the latter half of life (once the primary problem starts to get rectified, confidence will be regained over vocal command and you should be able to overcome it gradually). Also, do practice the speeches well, do homework before delivering on the given topics, things should be fine.
Please note, it's a longterm therapy for an ongoing problem, so don't rush into it. With time, routine practice and follow-ups, things should be getting better. Starting daily exercise, yoga, meditation is definitely a positive step, please continue it also.
Hope this is clear now.

How to perform SLP therapy?
follow as already advised...
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
No, you can't do it on your own without proper training. Moreover, they consist of a series of training and therapies which tend to change from time to time. These are specialized medical therapies for which you need to visit the SLP therapist's clinic/OPDs. Expertized supervision is required on daily basis to monitor the progress...
As already explained earlier, just go for the ENT check-up and Audiological tests in the first place. Thereafter, based on those findings, the ENT specialist will refer you further (a lot of ENT specialists also hold additional training in SLPs, just discuss regarding it and proceed further).
