Brief Answer:
You need a second opinion from another ophthalmologist.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you for writing to me with your health issue, I have gone through your question carefully and understand your concern.

Predfort is the preferred medicine for anterior uveitis but it has its limitations of side-effects.

Blurring of vision and gradual loss of vision is a known side-effect of the steroid eye drop usage for prolonged periods of time as required in your case.

The floaters are usually white blood cells and red blood cells present in the vitrous humour (that is the thick jelly like substance behind the lens).

These cells are usually not present in the vitrious and their presence signifies ongoing inflammation.

A systemic steroid for short term maybe needed along with local cycloplegic medicine.

Another reason for floaters maybe posterior synechiae which can develop after cataract surgery or after on going uveitis.

In my opinion, you should see another ophthalmologist and get yourself examined.

Please discuss systemic(oral) medicines in addition to local medicines to treat uveitis with the new doctor.

For the time being, I suggest you to apply ice for short periods of time to your closed eyes 3 to 4 times a day and see if you notice any difference.

Since I am not an eye specialist, I would defer to an expert opinion.

I hope you will find solution to your problem soon.

My best wishes are with you.

Take care.
