Also, can you please go through the attached report and let me know that I have B12 deficience also?
Brief Answer:
Vit D borderline insufficient, B 12 normal, not to worry. reduce weight.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query with attached reports and here is my advise.
* As per my clinical experience, hydroxy vitamin D level of 26 ng / ml is not
suggestive of deficiency, but it is insufficiency ( means some extra amount
would be beneficial ) and many of the times in a healthy individual
clinicians do not prefer vitamin D prescription to avoid overdose of the
same ; because 30 - 40 ng / ml is overall average level considered normal
by all agencies of medicine.
* So far as B 12 level is concerned , it is 422 pg / ml and is absolutely
normal in range , with supportive data of normal red cell morphology with
MCV ( mean corpuscular volume ).
In your query, I have noticed your body mass index is high with borderline LDL cholesterol elevation, which requires weight control including regular aerobics, diet control and other measures on priority basis.
Hope this will clear your doubt.
Feel free to discuss further regarding the same.
Wish you best health.
Regards.

Thanks a lot doctor.
I workout pretty regularly (usually weight training) I have been eating little more hence I believe weight gain but I wil surely closely monitor my body mass.
This report also showed EGFR level is eGFR 66.45.
Is it indicating that there are issues with my Kidney?

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the follow up.
* No the eGFR of 66.45 is of no worry, just maintain your hydration with
plenty of liquids and kidneys are nice working as your whole body.
* For actively working person like you, vitamin D supplementation is also
