Question: My right foot has 2 toes that have spread apart and stayed in the last 2 weeks.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I can advise you to upload a photo of the toes you have problems in order to see them better.
I think they can possibly be infected and I don't believe that I think October is too far to get checked.
I think you may need to take antibiotics and also disinfect it with betadine and alcohol.
Keep them very clean.
Since dermatologist wanted biopsy you can have it to be sure it has nothing to do with malignancy.

Was seeing dermatologist for body scan. She found area on arm and thigh that have been biopsied. Just ask her if she thought I should get foot checked.
Although no external opening or redness, it is sore when sole of foot is pressed.

You mentioned biopsy when asking for foot concern that's why I thought it could be related to it. Yet a photo is useful to help me through diagnosis because there are many different conditions that may cause redness and swelling in toes.
