My Right Nipple Is Itchy And Unusually Sensitive. Is That
Question: My right nipple is itchy and unusually sensitive. Is that a sign of breast cancer? I also have an itch below the right breast, between the first and second rib. It has been there for months. I have a combination gel that contains aloe and menthol that helps temporarily but the itch comes back. There does not seem to be any skin affected like a bite or rash.

Itching of the Nipple doesn't indicate Cancer.
Cancer in the Breast usually presents with a swelling which gradually increase in size.Some present with bleeding from Nipple.
Ultrasound/Mammogram will give a clue.
For itching between the ribs, I'd suggest consulting a Physician/Dermatologist and take the appropriate prescription based medications. Next time, when the itch appears, please do not apply any ointment. Immediately, you should consult a Doctor.
