My Right Testicle Is A Good Bit Bigger Then My
Question: My right testicle is a good bit bigger then my left. No bumps or anything. How much bigger can my right one be before it should be of concern? I also think my left might have a Varicocele which might shrink it?
Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.
I will like to know for how long this has been going on and whether you have any associated pain. Is there any change in the volume of your testicle with position.
I will await the above responses before making firm calls on what to do next. Waiting on your response and will get back to you as soon as you respond to me.

I think it has been this size for a bit, no real changes as far as I know. I didn’t check them well. Do you see the picture?
Brief Answer:
Saw the picture!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Saw the picture. There is a minimal difference in volume. With varicocele, the indexed testis would swell even more after prolonged upright position. With no recent change in size and being longstanding, there is nothing to be scared about at this time. I will not recommend a visit solely for this purpose. However, at your next visit, bring this to the attention of your primary care doctor. He may get an ultrasound of the scrotum just to make sure there is nothing we are missing out on.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as you please.
