Hello XXXXXXX
This is sad to know that you are not feeling well.
There could be a number of reasons for this pain.
At your age most commonly the pain is due to bones getting weak due to age related deficiency of female hormones.
It could be due to a minor trauma that must have gone unnoticed by you.
Calcium & vitamin D deficiency are other important causes.
Thyroid hormone deficiency may also cause tiredness.
My suggestion for you is that you should see your doctor in person. The doctor will examine you & may recommend tests like X-Ray, & some bone scans to judge the health status of your bones. Some blood tests may also be required to rule out other differentials. After that a specific treatment can be given to you.
Meanwhile you may take any OTC pain killer that you have used before & start taking some Calcium & multivitamin supplement.
You should take calcium XXXXXXX diet ( like dairy products) & keep yourself active.
You may also discuss with your doctor about HRT ( symptoms in the long run.
Wish you good health.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
