Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It is looking like post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
I would recommend her to apply depigmenting cream containing kojic acid like Melaglow Rich cream on the pigmented area at night along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen ( Faceguard sunscreen gel) on the entire face 2-3 times in a day.
Also take antioxidant like capsule Antoxid HC once daily.
Continue this for 4 weeks and revert.
Avoid direct sun exposure.
