What would have caused this?her blood pressure is usually good .. she does get spikes in her blood pressure when stressed like going to the doctors office. She can not take blood pressure meds as it lowers her blood pressure too much.. in your experience does it usually enlarge..can exercise make it worse.. heavy lifting? What can she do or not do to avoid it getting larger? What percentage of women get them?

She got very anxious during both echos and her. Mood pressure went up .. would that have caused the echo results to change .. and bulge out her vessel .. and then once she settles down could it go back to normal? Since it did not have any change in almost 9 months will it continue to stay small? If it was real aggressive would it have enlarged during that time?

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
No anxiety has nothing to do with increase or decrease in the size of aneurysm.
Kindly upload the echo reports so that I can personally go through them once.

Detailed Answer:
There is nothing to worry as of now as the size is small, tell her to just relax as anxiety elevated blood pressure which is not good.
Some individuals are genetically prone to these abnormalities and in most cases they won’t cause any harm but always require regular monitoring.

Thanks.. just one more question in the last report it says no evidence of dilation or anerysm change in the abdominal aorta.. does that mean that there is no dilation seen in the recent ultrasound? Thanks so much for your time and answers!!
