Brief Answer:
hyperprolactinemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
Your sister has high prolactin levels which means hyperprolactinemia and the cause ascertained rightly by an MRI scan by her doctor is a PROLACTINOMA in brain secreting increased prolactin levels which can cause infertility in women.
The treatment remains to start her on Cabergoline tabs , a dopamine agonist which is the treatment for hyperprolactinemia.
The treatment is going in the right track as per your /her dotor.
