My Son 16 Just Came After Cranberry Juice While Out.

Question: My son 16 just came after cranberry juice while out. He has hives,his ears itch ,cough with drooling vomit. After coughing or breathing heavy he has some chest pain. Gave him 2 Benadryl and some topical Benadryl cream. Should I be worried?
