Brief Answer:
Give paracetamol for fever, may need some blood tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.

I am sorry but I was not able to find any attached reports/files here, so I request you to reattach it.

Decreased activity, generalised body ache and poor appetite; all these are very common in any illness with fever.

As you have mentioned that last time the reports were normal when he was evaluated for fever.
I would like to know if any urine test was done.

The recent episode can be due to a fresh infection or a continuation of the previous one only. This may be a viral infection, some bacterial urinary infection or other bacterial infection. Viral infection usually improves within 2-3 days, if it persists longer or condition deteriorates he may need some blood tests and further evaluation by a pediatrician.

Please give Paracetamol (eg. Calpol) for fever as advised earlier, give plenty of fluids to avoid any dehydration and monitor for any worsening of symptoms like high-grade persistent fever, vomiting, burning urination or any other significant symptom.

If you are noticing any please consult your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
