Brief Answer: XXXXXXX nois, due to blood under the skin

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be XXXXXXX noir.
It is intraepidermal harmorrhage in the skin associated with minor trauma.
It is a harmless self healing condition.
You can consult a doctor and go for paring of the affected area.
This will cause faster resolution.

Dr Asmeet
