Brief Answer:
Could be bronchiolitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you for writing to us. Based on your history and description it looks like your baby could have lower respiratory infection called as bronchiolitis or pneumonia.
It needs a clinical examination and x-ray if required ( after examination) to confirm the same.
Fast breathing needs to be attended soon.
It may be due to just nose block too but a clinical examination by a pediatrician is mandatory.
Babies at this age get sick very fast.
I would suggest you to take the baby to your pediatrician or nearby hospital.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Will regulate sleep himself
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Sleep in newborns is not continuous.
They sleep in between feeds. No need to worry. If he is otherwise active, playful, taking feeds, passing urine at least 10 times per day, no need to worry.
Sleep pattern will keep changing.
However if he is crying too much, he may have some issue like colic or ear pain, which needs to be confirmed by your pediatrician.
