Brief Answer:
3 month old infant with possible urinary retention

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor. I have read your query and here is my advice.
Is he healthy otherwise? Fever? Making tears? Moist lips and tongue? What about his stools-formed or runny, watery; number of bowel movements today?
Any narrowing of the tip of his penis? Was he circumcised? How old was he? Was there complete removal of foreskin?
Please answer the above questions. I will wait for your answers.

He is not circumcised. Has no fever and eats well just no pee. His lips and tounge are moist. He had yellow colored stool 1 time Yesterday and he seems ok otherwise just no pee

Brief Answer:
Healthy, but not voiding.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for answering my questions and for returning.
Sometimes no urine will come out of the urethra(the tube that takes the pee from the bladder to the tip of the penis) if the foreskin(the part of the skin that covers the tip of the penis) is blocking the end of the tube so the urine can't come out.
Please undo his diaper and expose his penis. Look at the very end of his penis to see if the foreskin is covering it.
Young infants often sneeze frequently.
Looking forward to hearing from you again.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Milla.
I know you must be relieved.
Since he is acting normally, I think it is safe for you to wait another day and see what happens before you take him to his pediatrician.
Thank you for letting me work with you during this time.
If you do not have any clarifications, you may close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish both of you good health.
