Brief Answer:
Use a mask during exercises and try moisturising nostrils.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to "Ask a doctor service" . I read your query and here is my advice.

Increased nosebleeds after running may happen due to increased blood flow in face and nose capillaries during exercises. Also during running the air flows more frequently in nose because of increasing breathing rate during exercises and makes it easy for capillaries to break down.
You have to press the nostrils to nose bone for 10 minutes and if still doesn't stop you may press girl another 10 minutes. If it still doesn't stop you may do blood coagulation tests.

He can use a mask during exercises to protect nose from drying. Also he can use petroleum jelly in nose during night to increase moist.
Stopping nose picking or other trauma is advisable.
Taking small doses of vitamin C is advisable.

Hope I have answered the question.
