Started about same time my scoliosis issue 1yr who. I have a bad habit in eating maybe I’ll eat till lunch time then dinner no breakfast or some times just dinner Wright is stable since high school 134. Bowels 2-3 times a day normal. Stress so so and no medicine
follow up.

irregularity or other causes.
Need salient guidelines so far as life style modifications and medications are concerned to follow for best recovery.
- Till possible manage fixed timings of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Keeping stomach empty over a long period of time makes reflux of
stomach acid more vulnerable.
- Keep stomach empty by 20 % of satiety level.
- Chew your food thoroughly, rather than just trying to finish it up as the
