Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us .
I understand that your baby has persistent cold and cough . It could be bronchiolitis which is airway inflammation commonly seen at this age . You need to go ahead with nebulisation with oxygen as per your doctors advice . Sometimes this may need multiple nebulisation done for few days to recover . This has to be done under your doctor’s supervision and monitoring , not at home .
Wishing your baby speedy recovery

Local paediatric has advised home nebulisation, but he’s prescribed different respules (budecort 0.5mg and duolin 3)twice a day for two days and our family dr. Has said that this is too heavy and not needed now and he’s advised asthalin once every night for 3 nights. As the babies nasal sounds mostly in the night. This has confused me. which one should i give and what should I do?
