Question: My son is three and half yr old. I felt his eye white is little grey. He is active and no problem from his side. Pls advise if it's fine.

This looks like blue sclera also which is completely normal and physiological as long as the kid is active and developmentally normal.

You may use an iron supplement for him for a period of 3 months.
