Is your limbs swollen too?
Are you able to do your daily activities?
Do you feel breathless while lying down?
Do you notice yellow discoloration of skin or eyes?
Have you passed stools and urine today?
Do you have past history of diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac, liver or renal disease?

It seems the symptoms have developed abruptly. Sudden onset abdominal swelling with difficulty in breathing may occur due to cardiac failure (volume overload), renal failure or liver disease. It is an emergency and should be treated immediately. Alternatively acid peptic disease (gastritis / GERD) might also cause similar symptoms. It's difficult to predict the cause without physical examination.

I will suggest you try antacid syrups and plan to visit ER/urgent care clinic for a physical examination and evaluation.
