My Stomach Is Mildly Upset. This Has Happened Both Last Night And Tonight. I Haven’t Fallen Or Been Hit. It Feels Like Air Bubbles That Are Trapped What Could Be This?
Question: I am sore/achy from my sternum around thru my upper back. My stomach is mildly upset. This has happened both last night and tonight. I haven’t fallen or been hit. It feels like air bubbles that are trapped. I’ve taken Pepto Bismal a couples of times earlier in the day. This evening I took two Phazyme and a pan reliever. I’ve been massaging my back, stomach and sides, belched and burped and passed gas, but still very achy and uncomfortable.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take a PPI like Pantoprazole.
Domperidone which may need a prescription.
Cold liquids - (not chilled)

Surely an EKG should be done to rule out cardiac problem whenever there is such pain. Please get this done asap.
Avoid painkillers like Ibuprofen as they may increase the problems.
