Question: My stool size has changed drastically. Constipated while taking 150gm of magnesium. Why all of a sudden? No diarrhea but must get to bathroom quick or little round balls come out.

Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be a sign of inadequate fiber content in your diet.. I would recommend that you increase whole wheat products , Green leaves vegetables and fruit content of your diet.. if no improvement then you should get a pelvic ultrasound to exclude uterine fibroids or rectal masses along with a blood test to check on your thyroid hormonal profile including T3,T4 and TSH and a blood test for blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial to exclude other causes of small rounded stools. I hope you find this helpful
