Brief Answer:
I don't think it is worrisome and you can wait but Ultrasound is needed.

Detailed Answer:
good day thank you for being with healthcare magic!

from the results that you have attached i can see that there is a small amount of blood in the urine in your urine analysis. the amount is only 4 to 6 rbc per high power field. this is a very small amount and it's not worrisome. that being said we still have to rule out other causes of the blood in the urine such as kidney stones and malignancies in the urinary tract. this can be check with a k u b ultrasound.

the ultrasound will be able to to detect stones are tumors in the urinary tract 90% of the time.

we also have a disease we call idiopathic microscopic hematuria during this happens and then to 15% of patients with blood in the urine. this subset of patients will always have a little amount of blood in the urine but all the test will be normal. this is due to some form of leakage in the kidneys causing the rbcs to pass through unfiltered and this is not a cause for concern.

i hope i was able to answer your question satisfactorily.
