Question: My test results showed several perfusions, moderate, mild and the following;
severe perfusion defect in the mid inferoseptal segment, apical
septal segment, and apical anterior segment. There is a moderate perfusion
defect in the mid and distal inferior wall, mid anteroseptal segment, and
apex.

Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that perfusion defects mean some specific areas are not getting adequate blood supply which results in perfusion defects or nuclear scanning.

This usually is the result of deficient blood supply due to some blockage in the path of boood flow inside the blood vessels.
