Hii. Welcome to the Ask A Doctor service.

Can you explain more about your tonsillar bleed? How much amount of bleeding, how it got started? You carry out betadine or hexidine or cold dilute hydrogen peroxide gargle. Take ice in the mouth and press over the tonsillar area. Don't take ang warm food. Give blood for complete blood count, aptt, pt tests. Go to the nearby hospital and consult an ENT surgeon. In the meantime start the gargle and take the ice.
Please review with the reports.

Hello, I would say probably like 4-5 drops every 10 second. It just randomly started happening,I was on the computer after i brushed my teeth then I taste blood in my mouth, I thought it was just my gums so i left it alone. But after about 5 minutes the blood taste got stronger so i spat onto a piece of tissue and there was a lot of blood so I went to the bathroom and checked inside my mouth with my phone's flashlight and where the tonsil area is was covered in blood. I thought there was a cut or something so i rinsed my mouth with cold water and the taste went away for like 2 minutes. Then it came back so i went back to the bathroom to check my mouth and the tonsil area had blood covered again.
