Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts and report of Ultrasound Scanning of your 2 months old son he has been diagnosed to have what is called as encysted Hydrocele of Spermatic Cord .
As regards your opinion about whether it will get resolved spontaneously I would like to state that it will not get resolved and only option is to undergo surgery .
You can certainly wait till the age of 6 months .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you

Sir,
Thank you for your advise. My son is 2 year 2 month old
Our Doctor told that as the fluid is little hard, surgery to be done at the earliest. Whether the surgery is to be done immediately or how long we can wait?
After surgery, What is the possibility of re- occurrence of hydrocele again?
Further, please advise, whether we can go for second opinion regarding surgery.
Thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
There is no possibility of recurrence after surgery
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Sorry I interpreted your son’s age to be two months
Since he is two and half years old you should get him operated as early as possible. There is no chance of recurrence at all.
Even though you take opinion of many qualified surgeons The only treatment option is surgery hence I would suggest to get it done .
Thanks and Regards
