Brief Answer:
Significant uti
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
you have a significanturine infection which has not responded to oral antibiotics trial. i would stronglysuggest to not to waste timein oralmedications. this could lead todangerous spread of infection .
best way is to start injectable treatment without wasting any time.
as per your culture report best would be iperacillin and tazobactum 4.5 gm infusion in saline 3 times a day under guidence of your treating doctor.
you should judge the response in 3 days . if imroving treatment should continue for 10 days followed by tablets for 1 week
best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Not contagious
Detailed Answer:
hi, this disease is not contagious . on the other hand. there is risk to your wife for repeat infection episodes if you have sexual relation at present. so my sugestion is not to have physical relation for 1 month
