My Urine Stream Has Been Going A Little To The

Question: My urine stream has been going a little to the right instead of straight this evening. It’s not way off, but it’s not straight either. It might be slightly slower than usual but it otherwise seems OK and I feel fine. Is this serious? I did masturbate twice today. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
Brief Answer:
Need to clean your External Urinary Meatus .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Diversion of urine stream to one side usually happens due to partial obstruction to flow of urine at the external opening of urethra .
This could be due to a small amount of thick semen being deposited at the External Urinary meatus .
You need to open up the meatus manually and clean it with soft cotton ball soaked in water .
It will resolve the issue .
There is nothing to be worried about it .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Unfortunately, I don't think cleaning it did anything. I took a cotton ball with water and cleaned the general area and then I also pulled open the urethra opening to try to get inside a bit. (I think that's what it's called - the part men pee out of.) I also pulled the area open when showering to let water go in.
Here is a better description of the symptoms. If I really have to pee and the urine comes out faster, it is nearly straight. If I have to pee a medium amount and it's not coming out as fast, it goes a bit to the right. If I only slightly have to pee, the urine still comes out continuously (not spray) but goes much more to the right.
I think I should add that I masturbated yesterday into an old pair of boxers. I don't know if that got a little bit of dry semen stuck in there. Maybe I didn't allow enough room to climax into based on how I was holding the boxers?
Alternatively, could this be the beginning of a penile stricture? What I've read about that and the treatments (dilation or surgery) is really worrying me.
Thanks for your help.
