My Wife LMP Was On Aug-4-2019. Our Doctor Suggested To
Question: My wife LMP was on Aug-4-2019. Our doctor suggested to take ultrasound scan and the egg ruptured on Aug-17. Me and wife are together on Aug-17,18 and 19. Implantation bleeding happened on Aug-28. Till sep-26-2019, we had taken HPT and all are negative. Today doctor prescribed "Gynaset" tablet and told us that she will get period after 10 days.
My questions is
1. Egg is ruptured and endometrium is right size, why the period got delayed?
2. If there is a remote chance of pregnancy, will taking Gynaset tablet aborted it and cause period?
3. Is there any possibility of pregnancy this time?

1. The periods can get delayed due to a hormonal disturbance or stress or polycystic ovaries.
The exact cause of such a delay is difficult to detect.
2. Gynaset does not abort the pregnancy. It will not cause any bleeding if pregnancy is present. So she can take it as prescribed by the doctor.
3. Even after one month of implantation bleeding if all the test is negative then the chances of pregnancy are almost nil. Maybe the bleeding she had on 28th August was a light period and not an implantation bleeding.
