Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would be best for her to be assessed by her doctor if possible.

Easy bruising can occur different conditions such as:(1)side effect of medication such as aspirin or steroids etc

(2)mineral or vitamin deficiency

(3)blood disorder (most treatable)- this would be assessed by a complete blood count, ESR (checks for inflammation) and PT, PTT (these 2 check for bleeding times- how long a person would bleed after trauma)

(4)autoimmune condition such as lupus, RA, vasculitis (inflammation of the blood vessels ) etc- again assessed by blood tests but also physical examination as well.
Initially complete blood count and ESR done for assessment then other bloods done to confirm

With a history of tingling and discoloration, her doctor may consider bloods such as the complete blood count and ESR to rule out one of the bleeding conditions and also one of the autoimmune conditions

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
