Hello,

she seems to have Eczematous dermatitis- dry, scaly patches of thick skin. She must use a moisturizer regularly. In addition to that she may use a potent topical steroid e.g either Clobetasol propionate 0.05% ointment or Halobetasol propionate 0.05% ointment, twice daily. In addition I suggest her to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once a day for symptomatic relief for a few days. These are prescription medications.
