There are many causes of ear pain. Many diseases in ear or in oral cavity also can cause ear pain. So she need to get thoroughly checked by Ent surgeon. Get her ear, nose and throat examined. Hard wax, acute infection of the middle and external part of ear, furuncle, infection with perforation of ear drum, fungal infection of ear can cause pain ear.
