What do you mean by PNS?
breathlessness since when? Is it only during any work exacerbation or seen even at resting phase.
Does she have any other chronic illness like Hypertension, Diabetes, or Asthma. Is she on any medications or any recent investigations done?

Breathlessness during resting and under FAN.

She had vertigo 2 years back, acidity and no other illness.

Hi Thanks for the follow up. As you are telling there is no other history of fever or cough or throat pain the breathlessness could be due to allergic origin . You can take Tab. Montair LC 1 tablet 2 times a day for 3 days. This is available on prescription. If symptoms persists getting examined by a physician is suggested.
Have steam inhalation twice a day.
