My Wife Has A Sore On Her Genital That Stared

Question: My wife has a sore on her genital that stared out small and has gotten bigger. She has had it for over a year. Her obgyn looked at it when it was small but was unconcerned. There is no discharge or oder but it does itch. It will bleed when her pad runs it and itches when she wipes. She is diabetic and over weight, she has significant neuropathy so does not bath often

What is her weight and height?
Did the gynaecologist say that it is bartholin cyst?
It is very difficult to comment without seeing directly or pictures.
So please share few clear pictures with more details about her.

Her A1c was just over seven she weighs about 294 pounds at 5 ft 1 in she's agoraphobic and rather sedentary she won't let me take pictures it looks like someone just sliced a piece of skin off the gynecologist was not concerned at all and since you didn't know what it was but it may not look like that at the time
