Brief Answer:
It is due to hormonal imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As per your description these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance.
But as you have heavy bleeding with blood clots you should rule our pregnancy or misscarriage ( if any chance)
Get your pelvic ultrasound to see the endometrial thickness and any other causes of bleeding
Get your thyroid profile and hemoglobin test also.
For bleeding, keep watch on it,keep the area dry and clean, wear cotton undergarments you can take medicine to stop bleeding.
If bleeding is persistent than it may need further evaluation and management.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
Regards
