Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for her health and I would like to tell you that her fast heart rate could be because of pain which she experiences as pain increases sympathetic drive which ultimately increases heart rate.

Her pain symptoms could be because of peripheral artery disease. I would like to ask a few things

1. Does she have diabetes?
2. Any history of heart disease
3. Does she smokes or used to smoke?
4. Kindly upload her recent reports of CT

Kindly revert back with required information.

Kind Regards

Hello, sorry for the delay. I was at work and just getting back home. See some added info you requested.

1. Does she have diabetes? Yes (not on insulin)

2. Any history of heart disease? No for her but both parents did.

3. Does she smokes or used to smoke? No / Never

4. Kindly upload her recent reports of CT

I have up loaded 3 pdf files and we are working on getting another. I hope this help getting us in the right direction for our next step. Do you feel she should see a Cardiologist? We have gone to our general doctor, a Urologist, and the ER at a hospital. All seen to indicate she is alright with no additional direction.

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the detailed feedback. The reports are fine in nutshell but one thing which I have noticed in the CT report is they have mentioned that there is mild calcification in multiple coronary vessels.

Along with that as she has diabetes and family history of heart disease so YES she does require a cardiologist consultation in person for evaluation.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
