Brief Answer:
Better to take an ECG (Electrocardiogram) to be on safe side.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir
Thank you for asking.
I have gone through your query with diligence. As your wife is having pain on Left side of chest and back which is also characteristic for cardiac chest pain, it is better to rule out that by taking an ECG. I insist to get ECG done.
I would suggest taking combination of proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole and domperidone as you plan ECG. If ECG is clear, then it can be most likely due to gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) then the pantoprazole and domperidone may be taken for 1 month. Also avoid spicy, fatty, carbonated drinks and coffee.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

ECG test report is enclosed.Pl advise
Brief Answer:
Treadmill test (TMT advised)
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow-up query.
I have gone through your ECG report. In the inferior leads (3rd lead and avf) there is inverted T waves. So there is suspicion of decreased blood supply in heart. So better to undergo a treadmill test and Echocardiogram to rule out that. For this you can consult a cardiologist. If those are normal then no need to worry.
Thanks.
