Question: currently my wife is having running nose and little flu she is allergic to pollens as previous doctor told she is using currently histigra m but no improvement is there
Yesterday i have given sinarest 2 times but no improvement is there.
please note no fever nothing...only running nose and little flu could you please suggest

In my opinion, she should start Duonase nasal spray along with Histigra M.
Give duonase nasal spray two puffs in each nostril twice daily.
Also do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
